Firstly, take a kadai and cook rice 90% by adding water, rice, salt and clove. Rinse excess water and rest for a while.
Secondly, take another kadai and add oil and ghee. When it’ll heat up then add cloves, bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick and dry red chilli. Saute for 1 minute.
Then add capsicum and cabbage. Mix it and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add boiled green peas, french beans, green onion and green garlic. Mix it gently and cook for 3 minutes.
Furthermore, add green methi and salt. Again mix it and cook for 2 minutes.
Add spinach puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Again mix it and cook for 4 minutes on high flame.
Finally, add cooked rice and mix it very gently. Cook for 2 minutes.
