Instructions
Firstly, take a bowl and add wheat flour.
Secondly, add salt and oil and mix well.
Now add water as required and make a dough.
Then add a few drops of oil and punch the dough. After that cover the dough with a cloth or lid and rest for 1 hour.
Take a ball sized dough on a rolling board and start rolling with a rolling pin in small roti shape.
Furthermore, spread some ghee on half side of roti.
Then fold that part as described in the picture and again spread some ghee on a half part. After that again fold the roti for a triangle shape.
Moreover, dust with some flour and roll in triangle shape till roti size thickness.
Now place the paratha on iron tawa.
When bubbles start appear then flip the paratha on the other side and roast with oil from both sides.
Your layered whole wheat paratha is ready to serve.
