Peanut Chikki Recipe is a winter special recipe especially on Makar Sankranti Festival. Peanut Chikki made with just only 2 ingredients i.e. roasted peanuts and jaggery.
Firstly, take heavy bottom kadai and add jaggery in it and roast on medium flame.
When bubbles start appear that time keeps flame on low to medium flame and keeps stirring jaggery.
Keep cook jaggery till golden brown as described image on low to medium flame.
Now add roasted peanuts in batches and mix it gently.
Then transfer this cooked chikki on a greased plate. Now roll chikki until paratha’s thickness or transfer in a mold and shape it as you want a thickness of chikki.
As soon as cut chikki in your desired shape. And your Peanut Chikki is ready to serve.
