Instructions
For Veg Spring Roll Stuffing
Firstly, take a kadai. Add oil. When oil heat, add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Saute till the raw smell disappears.
Secondly, add capsicum, onion and carrot. Saute on medium to high flame for
3
minutes.
Then add cabbage in it and saute for
2
minutes on high flame.
Now add salt and black pepper powder and mix it gently.
Furthermore, add soya sauce and red chilli sauce and mix properly. Cook it for
1
minute.
Veg spring roll’s stuffing is ready.
For Veg Spring Roll Sheets or Wrappers
Firstly, take a bowl and add all-purpose flour or maida, cornflour and salt.
Secondly, add water in batches. And make a slurry for sheets of not too thick and not too watery.
Now heat the tawa and grease the tawa with one drop of oil and spread this slurry in rectangle shape by brush as described.
Roast till bubbles start appearing. And cook only one side.
Prepared all sheets or wrappers like this and cover with a wet cloth.
For Spring Roll
Firstly, take one prepared sheet and put stuffing on the bottom side in the middle place as described.
Then cover all sides with a prepared slurry of wrappers.
The roll this spring rolls as described. Make sure it is tightly rolled up.

Now fry this rolls in oil on medium flame till golden brown.
Your Veg Spring Roll is ready to serve.
