Stuffed Moong Dal Chilla recipe is a high protein Moong Dal Chilla recipe. This chilla are made from yellow moong dal, paneer, ginger, garlic, green chilli, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, etc which is rich in proteins and vitamins.
Firstly, take a frying pan and add oil, ginger garlic paste. Saute till the raw smell disappears.
Secondly, add chopped cabbage, carrot, capsicum. Cook for 4 minutes on medium to high flame.
Now turn off the flame. And add grated paneer and salt. Mix it gently.
Then add chopped coriander leaves. Mix it again. And your stuffing is ready.
For Chilla
Firstly, wash and soak yellow moong dal for 3 hours. Then take a grinding jar and add soaked moong dal, salt, ginger garlic green chilli paste. Grind till coarse. And transfer in a bowl.
Now take a tawa and heat on high flame and grease with oil once.
When tawa heat properly, pour batter on tawa and spread like dosa. Keep flame low while spreading. Now cook chilla from both sides on medium flame.
Then fill chilla with stuffing as described and roll over like dosa.
