Til Chikki Recipe (Sesame Chikki)

(for greasing on plate)
Instructions
Firstly, take heavy bottom kadai and add jaggery in it and roast on high flame.
When bubbles start appear that time keeps flame on low to medium flame and keep stirring jaggery.
Keep cook jaggery till golden brown as described image on low to medium flame.
Now add sesame seed in batches and mix it gently.
Then transfer this cooked chikki on a greased plate.
Now roll chikki till roti’s thickness or transfer in a mold and shape it as you want a thickness of chikki.
As soon as cut chikki in your desired shape.
Your Til Chikki or Sesame Chikki is ready to serve.
