  • 1 Cup Jaggery (Grated)
  • ½ Tsp Ghee (for greasing on plate)

  • Firstly, take heavy bottom kadai and add jaggery in it and roast on high flame.
  • When bubbles start appear that time keeps flame on low to medium flame and keep stirring jaggery.
  • Keep cook jaggery till golden brown as described image on low to medium flame.
  • Now add sesame seed in batches and mix it gently.
  • Then transfer this cooked chikki on a greased plate.
  • Now roll chikki till roti’s thickness or transfer in a mold and shape it as you want a thickness of chikki.
  • As soon as cut chikki in your desired shape.
