  • 2 Cup Rice (Soaked)
  • 4 Cup Water
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • 5 Cloves
  • ½ Inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Dry Red Chilli
  • ½ Cup Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • ¼ Cup Carrot (Finely Chopped)
  • ¼ Cup Green Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • ¼ Cup Beans (Chopped)
  • ¼ Cup Green Peas
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Pigeon Peas (Green Tuvar)
  • ¼ Cup Capsicum (Finely Chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Green Chilli Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt As Per Taste
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Firstly, take kadai and add oil, clove, cinnamon stick and dry red chilli. Saute for 2 minutes.
  • Secondly, add chopped onion and saute for 2 minute son high flame.
  • Then add veggies. And mix properly.
  • Now add water, salt and lemon juice. Mix it gently and cover with a lid and simmer till boiling water.
  • Furthermore, add pre-soaked rice and mix it.
  • Cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes.
  • After rice cooked, cover with lid and rest for 15 minutes. And lastly, your Veg Pulao is ready to serve.
