Instructions
Firstly, take kadai and add oil, clove, cinnamon stick and dry red chilli. Saute for

minutes.
Secondly, add chopped onion and saute for
2
minute son high flame.
Then add veggies. And mix properly.
Now add water, salt and lemon juice. Mix it gently and cover with a lid and simmer till boiling water.
Furthermore, add pre-soaked rice and mix it.
Cover with lid and cook for
20
minutes.
After rice cooked, cover with lid and rest for
15
minutes. And lastly, your Veg Pulao is ready to serve.
