Instructions
For Stuffing
Take a bowl and add all spices of stuffing and mix it together.
For Bharwa Bhindi
Firstly, wash and rinse bhindi properly. Then cut their edges. And slit from the middle as described.
Now prepare all bhindi like this.
Then stuff the prepared spices stuffing in it gently.

Now take a kadai and add oil, mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
When mustard seeds and cumin seeds start crackles then add green chilli, ginger garlic paste, hing and curry leaves. Cook for a while on medium flame.
Then add stuffed bhindi and mix it gently. Cover with lid and cook on low flame for

minutes or till bhindi 80% cooked. Stir it occasionally.
When bhindi cooked after 8 minutes then add leftover stuffing and coriander leaves. Mix it properly and cook for

minutes or cook completely.
Your Bharwa Bhindi is ready to serve.
