Instructions
Firstly, take a bowl and add mashed potatoes.
Secondly, add capsicum, onion, salt, black pepper powder, mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
Mix it well till all ingredients combine together. Then add cheese, paneer and bread crumbs. And mix it again.
Moreover, take another bowl. Add corn flour, maida, salt, black pepper powder and water. And prepared flowing slurry for coating the nuggets.
Furthermore, grease hand with oil and take a pinch ball sized potato dough and roll to a cylindrical shape.
Then dip in prepared slurry and coat it properly.
After that immediately coat with bread crumbs from all sides.
Prepare all the potato nuggets like this.
Then take kadai and add oil. When oil heat properly then add nuggets in it and fry till golden brown from all the sides of nuggets.
Lastly, serve hot with tomato ketchup.
