Garlic Chutney Recipe
Garlic Chutney is used in vada pav, Idli, Dosa, Chaats, Dal bati, etc. Moreover, you can eat with paratha, bread, etc. Garlic Chutney is very easy to make and spicy and tasty dish that goes with all dishes as accompaniment.

Peanuts
¼

Garlic cloves

Red chilli powder
Salt as per taste

Instructions
Firstly, roast peanuts.
Additionally, remove the skin of roasted peanuts after it cools down.
Then grind it in a mixer grinder in a fine paste and remove it in another plate.
Now add garlic in the same mixer grinder along with
¼
tbsp red chilli powder and salt and grind well. Then remove it in another plate.
Furthermore, take a pan and add oil.
When oil becomes medium hot then add grounded garlic in it.
Moreover, add
½
cup of water in garlic and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
Now add grounded peanuts in it and mix gently. Again cook it for
2
minutes.
Then add red chilli powder and salt. And mix well. Cover with lid and simmer till oil starts separating from the pan.
Your Garlic Chutney or Lahsun ki Chutney is ready to serve.
