Instructions
For Roti
Firstly, take a pinch of ball size roti dough on a rolling board.
Secondly, roll roti shape from that.
Place this roti on medium hot tawa and roast this roti till small brown spots from both sides.
Prepare four roti like this and cool it down.
For Roasted Veggies
Firstly, take a pan and add butter, garlic, red chilli flakes and mixed herbs. Rost this spice for
1
minute on medium flame.
Secondly, add onion, capsicum, boiled green peas and potato. Mix it properly and cook for
3
minutes on medium flame.
Then add salt and black pepper powder and mix it again and cook for
2
minutes on high flame.
Now stuffing is ready.
For Red Sauce
In the same pan of roasted veggies, add butter, garlic, mixed herbs and red chiili flakes. Cook these spices of
1
minute on medium flame.
Then add onion and mix it properly and cook till light golden brown onion.
Now add parboiled tomato puree, salt and black pepper powder. Mix it gently and cook till boiling in gravy on low to medium flame.
Add tomato ketchup and red chilli powder. Mix it properly. Cook till a thick gravy is prepared.
Now the red sauce is ready.
For White Sauce
Firstly, take a thick bottom kadai and butter, garlic and maida. Roast for
2
minutes on medium flame.
Secondly, add milk in batches and stir it continuously for no lumps. Cook it for
2
minutes on medium flame.
Then add salt, black pepper powder and oregano. Mix it properly and cook till light thick gravy.
Now the white sauce is ready.
For Wheat Vegetable Lasagna
Firstly, take a thick bottom frying pan and spread 2 tbsp of red sauces evenly.
Secondly, place prepared 1 roti and pour 2 tbsp of red sauce and white sauce.
Mix these sauces and spread them evenly on roti as described.
Now put 2 tbsp of stuffing on it and spread it evenly. Also sprinkle some roasted peanuts on it.
Then place another roti on it and slightly press this with your palm. Make sure stuffing does not come out from the sides.
Again spread both sauces evenly.
Again spread the stuffing evenly. Continue till 4th roti like this.
Now on 4th roti, evenly spread sauces and stuffing as described and also spread some grated process cheese on it.
Then cover this lasagna with diced mozzarella cheese as described.
Place this frying pan on the stove. The flame must be on low.
Then cover this pan with a lid and cook on low flame till cheese melts properly or for

minutes on low flame.
Whole Wheat Vegetable Lasagna is ready to serve.
