- Firstly, take a mixer grinder jar and add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, garlic, ginger, cumin and salt. Grind in a smooth paste without adding excess water for 2 minutes.
- Secondly, add lemon juice and grind it again for ½ minute.
- Moreover, add peanuts and sugar in it. Also add water as required for the flowing consistency of chutney. Grind it for 1 minute till smooth consistency.
- Now your Green Chutney for Chaat recipe is ready to serve.
