Ingredients
- 3 Cup Wheat Flour
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1½ Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 Tbsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
- Salt As Per Taste
- 4 Tbsp Oil
- Water As Required
Instructions
- Firstly, take a bowl and add wheat flour and all-purpose flour.
- Secondly, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and ajwain. (Always add ajwain by rubbing between palm for best ajwain flavor). Mix it properly.
- Then add oil and by palm mix it gently.
- Now add water in batches for no lumps in the dough.
- Knead the dough of masala puri.
- Prepared ball size dough of masala puri from the dough.
- Take one ball size dough on a rolling board.
- Now roll with a rolling pin of puri size.
- Then mark on puri with a fork or with any other sharp thing. And prepared all puri like this.
- Fry this puris on medium flame in oil till light golden brown.
- Your puri is ready to serve.
