Ingredients
For Ragda
- 2 Cup Soaked Dry Green Peas
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1½ Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1½ Tbsp Coriander Powder
- Salt as Per Taste
- ½ Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- Water as Required
For Aloo Patties
- 9 Boiled Potatoes
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- ½ Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
- Salt as Per Taste
- ½ Tbsp Dry Mango Powder
- ½ Cup Soaked Poha
- Oil For Shallow Fry
For Serving
- Sev
- Green Chutney (for Chaat)
- Spicy Garlic Chutney (for Chaat)
- Sweet Tamarind Chutney (for Chaat)
- Onion (Chopped)
- Tomatoes (Chopped)
- Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
Instructions
For Ragda
- Firstly, take a pressure cooker and add oil, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.
- Secondly, add soaked green peas, salt and water. Cover with a lid and pressure cook till 4 whistles or cook properly on medium flame. And cool down till room temperature.
- Then open a lid and again boil it for 2 minutes on medium flame and adjust the consistency of ragda.
For Aloo Patties
- Firstly, take a bowl and add boiled potatoes.
- Secondly, mashed these potatoes and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt as per taste, coriander powder, garam masala powder and dry mango powder. Mix it well.
- Then add soaked poha in it and again mix it gently.
- Now grease your palm with oil and roll the tikki shape aloo pattice.
- Take a pan and add oil in it for shallow fry the tikkies from one side till golden brown.
- Roll over the tikki and roast again from the other side till golden brown.
- Your tikki is ready to serve.
For Ragda Pattice Serving
- Take a plate and pour ragda in it.
- Now put 2 aloo pattice on it.
- Then pour ragda on aloo tikki.
- Sprinkle some chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Garnish with green chutney, spicy garlic chutney, sweet tamarind chutney and sev.
- Your Ragda Patties is ready to serve.
Instructions to Make Ragda Pattice Recipe #
For Ragda
1. Firstly, take a pressure cooker and add oil, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.
2. Secondly, add soaked green peas, salt and water. Cover with a lid and pressure cook till 4 whistles or cook properly on medium flame. And cool down till room temperature.
3. Then open a lid and again boil it for 2 minutes on medium flame and adjust the consistency of ragda.
For Aloo Patties
1. Firstly, take a bowl and add boiled potatoes.
