- ¼ Cup Jaggery
- ½ Cup Water
- Salt as per Taste
- ½ Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
- ½ Tbsp Cumin Powder
- ¼ Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
Instructions
- Firstly, take a pan and add tamarind, dates and jaggery.
- Secondly, add water, salt, turmeric powder. red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder. Now boil it for 15 minutes and rest till it cools down.
- Then take a mixer grinder jar and grind this chutney in a smooth paste.
- Now sieve this chutney without adding access water.
- Your chutney is ready to serve.
