Ingredients
- 1 Cup Fresh Coconut (Roughly Chopped)
- 2 Green Chilli
- 1 Tbsp Ginger
- Salt as per Taste
- 2 Tbsp Roasted Chana Dal
- 1 Tbsp Roasted Peanuts
- ½ Cup Coriander Leaves (Roughly Chopped)
- Water as Required
- ½ Tbsp Oil
- ½ Mustard Seeds
- 10 Curry Leaves (Curry Patta)
- 2 Dry Red Chilli
Instructions
- Firstly, take a mixer grinder tub and add fresh roughly chopped coconut in it and grind coarse.
- Then add green chilli, ginger, roasted chana dal, roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, salt as per taste. Add water as required and grind it till smooth consistency.
- Now transfer in another bowl.
- Furthermore, take tempering bowl, add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilli.
- When tempering start sizzled, instantly poured it on coconut chutney. And mix well.
- Your coconut chutney is ready to serve.
