Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Fresh Coconut (Roughly Chopped)
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • Salt as per Taste
  • 2 Tbsp Roasted Chana Dal
  • 1 Tbsp Roasted Peanuts
  • ½ Cup Coriander Leaves (Roughly Chopped)
  • Water as Required
  • ½ Tbsp Oil
  • ½ Mustard Seeds
  • 10 Curry Leaves (Curry Patta)
  • 2 Dry Red Chilli

Instructions

  • Firstly, take a mixer grinder tub and add fresh roughly chopped coconut in it and grind coarse.
  • Then add green chilli, ginger, roasted chana dal, roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, salt as per taste. Add water as required and grind it till smooth consistency.
  • Now transfer in another bowl.
  • Furthermore, take tempering bowl, add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilli.
  • When tempering start sizzled, instantly poured it on coconut chutney. And mix well.
  • Your coconut chutney is ready to serve.
