  • Cup Soaked Rice
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 5 Clove
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Small Cardamom
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Dry Red Chilli
  • ¼ Cup Capsicum (Finely Chopped)
  • ¼ Cup Cabbage (Finely Chopped)
  • ¼ Cup Green Onion & Green Garlic (Finely Chopped)
  • ¼ Cup Green Peas & French Beans (Boiled)
  • ¼ Cup Green Fenugreek (Methi)
  • Salt as per Taste
  • ¼ Cup Spinach Puree
  • Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ Tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tbsp Garam Masala Powder

Instructions

  • Firstly, take a kadai and cook rice 90% by adding water, rice, salt and clove. Rinse excess water and rest for a while.
  • Secondly, take another kadai and add oil and ghee. When it’ll heat up then add cloves, bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick and dry red chilli. Saute for 1 minute.
  • Then add capsicum and cabbage. Mix it and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add boiled green peas, french beans, green onion and green garlic. Mix it gently and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Furthermore, add green methi and salt. Again mix it and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add spinach puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Again mix it and cook for 4 minutes on high flame.
  • Finally, add cooked rice and mix it very gently. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Your Green Pulao is ready to serve.
