Ingredients
- 1 Cup Yellow Moong Dal (Soaked)
- 1½ Tbsp Green Chilli & Ginger Paste
- Salt as per Taste
- 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
- Water as Required
- Oil (For Roasting)
Instructions
- Firstly, soak moong dal overnight or at least 5 hours. Then rinse water from that and add this moong dal, salt, green chilli and ginger in a mixer jar. Grind it in a smooth paste by adding this rinse water in batches.
- Now transfer this batter in another bowl and add chopped coriander leaves.
- Then heat dosa tawa or other flat tawa then 1-2 drops of oil on it and spread all over the tawa.
- Take one big spoon of batter on tawa and spread like dosa. Add some oil on it and roast from both sides like dosa.
- Prepare all chilla like this and your Moong Dal Chilla is ready to serve.
