For Gravy/Curry

- 1 Cup Tomato (Roughly Chopped)
- ½ Cup Onion (Roughly Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Ginger (Roughly Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Garlic (Roughly Chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Cashew
- Water as Required
- Salt as per Taste
For Sauteed Veggies
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- ½ Cup Carrot (Sliced)
- ½ Cup Capsicum (Sliced)
- ½ Cup Potato (Sliced)
- ¼ Cup Green Peas
- Salt as per Taste
- ½ Tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- ½ Cup Onion (Sliced)
- ½ Cup Paneer (Sliced)
For Veg Paneer Jalfrezi
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- ½ Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- ¼ Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
- ½ Tbsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- Salt as per Taste
- Water as Required
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream (Malai)
Instructions
For Gravy/Curry
- Firstly, take a kadai and add tomato, onion, ginger, garlic, cashew, salt and water. Cook for 10 minutes and grind it in a mixer grinder. Then sieve this gravy properly.
For Sauteed Veggies
- In the same kadai, add oil and butter.
- Now add veggies like carrot, potato, capsicum, green peas, salt and black pepper powder. Saute on high flame for 5 minutes.
- Then add onion and paneer. Again saute on high flame for 3 minutes. Transfer this sauteed veggies in another bowl.
For Veg Paneer Jalfrezi
- Now take a kadai and oil and all dry spices. Mix it for 30 seconds on high flame.
- Add prepared gravy or curry. Mix it. Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- When oil separates from gravy, add sauteed veggies and fresh cream or malai. Mix it gently. Cook for 2 minutes on high flame.
- Now your Veg Paneer Jalfrezi is ready to serve.

- If you are using frozen paneer then soak it in hot water for 10 minutes and drain and use it.
