- ½ Tbsp Ghee (For Greasing on Plate)

- Firstly, take heavy bottom kadai and add jaggery in it and roast on medium flame.
- When bubbles start appear that time keeps flame on low to medium flame and keeps stirring jaggery.
- Keep cook jaggery till golden brown as described image on low to medium flame.
- Now add roasted peanuts in batches and mix it gently.
- Then transfer this cooked chikki on a greased plate. Now roll chikki until paratha’s thickness or transfer in a mold and shape it as you want a thickness of chikki.
- As soon as cut chikki in your desired shape. And your Peanut Chikki is ready to serve.
