Ingredients
For Chilla
- 1 Cup Moong Dal (Soaked for 3 Hours)
- 2 Tbsp Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic (Chopped)
- Salt as per Taste
- Water as Required
- Oil
For Stuffing
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- ½ Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Cup Cabbage, Capsicum, Carrot (Chopped)
- ½ Cup Paneer (Grated)
- Salt as per Taste
- 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
Instructions
For Stuffing
- Firstly, take a frying pan and add oil, ginger garlic paste. Saute till the raw smell disappears.
- Secondly, add chopped cabbage, carrot, capsicum. Cook for 4 minutes on medium to high flame.
- Now turn off the flame. And add grated paneer and salt. Mix it gently.
- Then add chopped coriander leaves. Mix it again. And your stuffing is ready.
For Chilla
- Firstly, wash and soak yellow moong dal for 3 hours. Then take a grinding jar and add soaked moong dal, salt, ginger garlic green chilli paste. Grind till coarse. And transfer in a bowl.
- Now take a tawa and heat on high flame and grease with oil once.
- When tawa heat properly, pour batter on tawa and spread like dosa. Keep flame low while spreading. Now cook chilla from both sides on medium flame.
- Then fill chilla with stuffing as described and roll over like dosa.
- Your Stuffed Moong Dal Chilla is ready to serve.
