Ingredients

For Chilla

  • 1 Cup Moong Dal (Soaked for 3 Hours)
  • 2 Tbsp Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic (Chopped)
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Water as Required
  • Oil

For Stuffing

  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • ½ Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Cup Cabbage, Capsicum, Carrot (Chopped)
  • ½ Cup Paneer (Grated)
  • Salt as per Taste
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

Instructions

For Stuffing

  • Firstly, take a frying pan and add oil, ginger garlic paste. Saute till the raw smell disappears.
  • Secondly, add chopped cabbage, carrot, capsicum. Cook for 4 minutes on medium to high flame.
  • Now turn off the flame. And add grated paneer and salt. Mix it gently.
  • Then add chopped coriander leaves. Mix it again. And your stuffing is ready.

For Chilla

  • Firstly, wash and soak yellow moong dal for 3 hours. Then take a grinding jar and add soaked moong dal, salt, ginger garlic green chilli paste. Grind till coarse. And transfer in a bowl.
  • Now take a tawa and heat on high flame and grease with oil once.
  • When tawa heat properly, pour batter on tawa and spread like dosa. Keep flame low while spreading. Now cook chilla from both sides on medium flame.
  • Then fill chilla with stuffing as described and roll over like dosa.
  • Your Stuffed Moong Dal Chilla is ready to serve.
