Ingredients
- 2 Cup Rice (Soaked)
- 4 Cup Water
- 3 Tbsp Oil
- 5 Cloves
- ½ Inch Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Dry Red Chilli
- ½ Cup Onion (Finely Chopped)
- ¼ Cup Carrot (Finely Chopped)
- ¼ Cup Green Onion (Finely Chopped)
- ¼ Cup Beans (Chopped)
- ¼ Cup Green Peas
- ¼ Cup Fresh Pigeon Peas (Green Tuvar)
- ¼ Cup Capsicum (Finely Chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Green Chilli Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt As Per Taste
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Firstly, take kadai and add oil, clove, cinnamon stick and dry red chilli. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Secondly, add chopped onion and saute for 2 minute son high flame.
- Then add veggies. And mix properly.
- Now add water, salt and lemon juice. Mix it gently and cover with a lid and simmer till boiling water.
- Furthermore, add pre-soaked rice and mix it.
- Cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes.
- After rice cooked, cover with lid and rest for 15 minutes. And lastly, your Veg Pulao is ready to serve.
